Hi, I’m Stephanie and I bring over 20 years of health experience and certified credentials to back it up.
Working with women who need both advice, and a clear path has allowed me to put together a working framework, with repeatable results.
I design each woman’s unique framework and turn you into an energy creating machine.
The Framework
Symptoms = Signs

By digging into why you feel fatigue, brain fog, poor memory, hot flashes, mood swings and anxiety…
We open the door on your body’s language and we listen
Feeling tired all the time or extreme fatigue is a sign. It’s a sign to pause and look inward. Fatigue can be tricky, but usually an adjustment in diet, fluids and mindset can bring quick relief.
Our brain in connected directly to our gut. What we eat, how we eat and even what we put on our skin affects our gut. By looking at gut health we can quickly see the fog lift.
The brain is a battery and needs recharging. When we suffer from poor memory, it can be a sign of our body is lacking in essential fatty acids. I can too be a sign of too much activity and not enough recharging.
Our body loves routine so pick a regular bedtime routine. The routine will gives your body the signals it needs to prepare for sleep by releasing our sleep hormones.
Anxiety has many faces but you can help get it under control. It is possible that changes in diet and nutrition can bring relief to anxious feelings. More fresh vegetables, less sugar and mindfulness is the first step to lasting improvements.

Building on our first action call, I will be able to design a solution outline which is a paid coaching service. All the outlines fit into your life situation and you don’t need any special diets or exercise, simply a willingness to feel, look and sleep better.
A solution outline is as different as every beautiful women I meet. Each outline includes an on-line course and 1:1 coaching directly with me. Depending on the solution necessary or package chosen, menu plans, recipe books and direct ongoing support can be included.

All of my 1:1 coaching clients have direct email access to me and Voxer access. Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that allows you to send me messages right to my phone. They can be voice memos or texts. I don’t know many health coaches that allow that level of direct 1:1 coaching + support
All of our on-line programs can be done separately. Both The Energized You Project and The Vitalicious Project can include 1:1 coaching which naturally boost accountability
