These protein balls have only 5 ingredients and are a NO BAKE recipe.
Mix the ingredients together. Form into balls and roll in coconut. So many variations can be made by adding a nut butter and other seeds and nuts. Just make sure that the balls hold together for travelling in lunches. They freeze well too.
1/2 cup almond flour/almond meal
2 Tbsp honey (local)
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp butter (omit if using a nut butter)
Coconut or sugar for rolling.
Optional: 1/4 tsp salt and vanilla extract.
